Help??

I have been doing MFP for one week now... really doing well with what I eat.
No cravings for Junkies.... and sometime even under my calorie count, but my scale is not showing me anything different.
Does this take time??... am I doing something wrong??
I can't get exercising because I got into a car accident, and I'm still off work. So I can only control what I put in for now.

Anyone have words of wisdom right now?? Thank you

    It takes time. It's going to take at least as long as you put on the weight for you to take it off again.
