  • Me! I love the weights and they love me. My friends gave me the same "don't lift too heavy" advise but after lost of research, I started upping my bar weight little by little. Plus that "is she really going to lift that" look I get from the guys at my gym is hilarious.
  • Thanks! I've been looking at some supportive leg sleeves and athletic tape. Have you guys used any similar products? I normally try to avoid taking pain killers but this pain is killing me!

  • For me getting a membership was worth it. Before I had the membership, I tried working out at home but I would never get to it. I always made excuses, so getting a gym membership and working out at the gym just makes it feel more official. Hope this helps. Feel free to add me if you want some more support!

  • And I usually weight myself every other day, just because I'm frustrated right now. But usually I weigh myself once a week, and measure once a week too. There have been no changes in almost 3 weeks :(
  • Thanks everyone! I usually do cardio 3 times a week and weight resistance 3 times a week. I think I am going to reduce my calorie intake, I have been feeling like I'm eating too much.

  • Its funny but I've heard that people who exercise a lot need to eat more. My daily calorie goal is 1380 but I always eat my exercise calories back. I have noticed I always go over on my protein. Not sure if that is bad. What's zigzag?

  • Yes! I never measure, maybe I should so I could measure my progress more accurately. Maybe you haven't lost much weight because you've gained a lot of muscle. I don't do much weights, but I do a lot of cardio. I figure if I keep loosing at this rate, I'll be at my target weight in at least 6 months.
