Shin Splints. Enough said..
Run through the pain or switch to swimming/biking? I've been soar before, this is different. My left shin hurts so bad I have trouble just walking. Any tips? I'm at the point where I actually enjoy running, I don't want want to stop now :(

I'm stuck!
I don't know what I'm doing wrong anymore! I haven't lost any pounds in more than 3 weeks! I'm still logging my exercise and meals everyday. I'm getting really frustrated :/

I try taking different exercise classes at my gym at least 5 times a week. I'm a vegetarian so I substitute a lot of my protein with soy, tofu, and other forms of protein. Loosing 1lb per week
The first week I started my dieting and exercising I lost 6lbs, but after that I've been loosing about 1lb a week. It feels like that's very little. I just feel like I should be loosing more.
