I make eggs. I will only keep them in the fridge 2 days though. Smoothies- I chop ingredient and freeze half and fridge the ones that won't get gross like strawberries. I think combine frozen ingredients with diced strawberries, and orange juice. Yummy!

You are doing a lot of strength. Have you thought about adding in some cardio? You may be building some killer muscles, did you measure before hand or weigh?

I did day 1 today. I was out of town and got off to a slow start. I will do 4 days of shred then 1 day of rest to try to make up for that, then switch to my 3 days shred, 1 day rest. I didn't feel as tired at the end! I think doing 30 miles of cardio in August was a good preparation for shred. It wasn't intentionally…

@ Sassy: I did my first day today. I decided it isn't the jumping jacks that hurt but the jump rope and butt kicks! I may just rotate through all 4 every time I do the cardio. That seems to break it up enough to where I don't feel any pain!
