  • Today is my rest day. Why? I just got home, 4 hours after work ends, and about 30 minutes before my bed time. Although I did walk through the brush country today picking cactus to turn into jelly!

  • I don't know about stronger, but less fatigued. I can feel my muscles, and they are saying ouch! However I am not as out of breath as I was the first day! Day 3 of lvl 1 is done! I may do day 4 tomorrow or take my rest day. Either way I am getting there! I hate jump rope! lol that is the one that hurts the most. =)
