    We make tin foil packets with fresh asparagus,fresh green beans, onions, peppers, garlic and then a carb of some kind, tonight will be sweet potato and white potato and then a meat of some kind, tonight its italian chicken sausage.

    Bake in the oven on 350 for about an hour and enjoy. One of my favorite meals.

    Baked red snapper in balsamic vinegar and grape tomatoes, lightly spiced. With steamed carrots and red mini potatoes drizzled with more balsamic vinegar. BV addict right here.... :)

    I cooked some quinoa with garlic, cubed some chicken tenderloins and stir-fried them with Mrs. Dash, combined the chicken & quinoa, and seared them in a skillet with about 1tsp store-bought pesto. Served that mixture with a side of steamed broccoli/cauliflower tossed in Frank's Buffalo sauce. Simple, but devastatingly effective.
