well heres the news from the doc. the pain he is trying to treat with a mixture of anti-inflammatory and pain meds... if that controls my pain then we will go from there if not then he will send me for an mri... i think i may try to do light walking or something... today was the first day on the med n i cnt remember…

Thighs- 27 Hips-47 Waist-36 Arms-14.5 so wow!!!! thats an overall change for me!!!!!!! =) all smiles from this little lady!

does anyone else have problem with popping joints and bones while doing the workout? my hips are the worst...its like a grinding sound... then a pop... no pain just odd to me... me and the crunches are becoming new best friends =) however my lungs felt like fire today... drank some water n it started doing better...…

the college does offer the classes however i work when they are in session, im going to try to c if there are videos on the web i just need to get moving!!! i tried a thing called p90x and quit due to no interest.
