Fat % not lbs...

I was told today that I need to lose my fat % and that lbs are not as important rt now, I need some workout or exercise ideas if anyone can help... I rly am not wanting to pay someone tons and tons of money for this!!!! =)

    The best way to burn fat is to do cardio.

    Cardio can be brisk walking, running, swimming, cycling, dancing, using the machines at the gym (elliptical, stair master, treadmill, stationary or spin bike). That's just to give you some ideas to start with.

    If you pair it with strength training, you get a two-fer as strength training builds muscle so any excess calories go to that and not to fat stores. Also, muscles are more metabolically active so having more raises your metabolism allowing you to burn more fat.

    yea the trainer person said weight training and strengthening is like 50% cardio is like 10% and i cant remember the other 40%
