I am at 315 hours this week! Sunday's are tough to go to the gym if I work cause the gym closes at 7pm and I work til 6pm :( Would you rather I message you my weekly goals or is this easier to do it here?

Goal is doing an hour a day of cardio and whatever extra of strength So around 75 minutes a day Week #1: Monday December 3rd: I did 45 minutes of cardio, and 10 minutes of ab workouts. With the cardio I burned 660 calories. 55 minutes down, 305 minutes to go for the week! (or more depending on what I can get down) Good…

I have weird NSV's in the shower all the time. I remember when my "pouch" on my lower stomach started to get smaller and the water ran over skin that usually was hidden under the pouch. I was so excited ! Hahaha, its the small things that keep us going I think.. :drinker:

I'm scared that after all my hard work, I'm going to have loose skin. I have 120 pounds to lose (already lost 23 yay!) And I've been big my whole life. I'm 21, 5'7" and current weigh 268. I just did day 2 of level 1 and the tops of my thighs are shaking! I woke up this morning and didn't know if I should wait a day to let my legs to feel better, but I pushed through it! I don't have a heart-rate monitor so I was wondering what are people searching for when they log it? Thanks!

I just did level one today, and I don't think I've ever sweat that much in 30 minutes lol I'm doing it on youtube and was wondering how long you do level one until you move on. Or do you do level one one day and next day level two and so on? Thanks for the help!

You look so amazing! I liked how you had confidence in your first picture even though you were bigger. I think a lot of people think when you're overweight youre shy and lazy. But that has nothing to do with! I have enough confidence and personality for 2 people! Lol great job and good luck :)

I think our body types are the same. I weighed 292 and lost 20 to weigh 272 now but I dont think I look how much I weigh. You definitely don't look like you weigh 289! Good job, I'm going to add you for inspiration!
