Typically the nutritional facts will tell you. For example, rice: 1/2 (dry) makes 1 cup cooked. You best bet is to just measure dry and measure again once it's cooked. That's what I do, especially foods that are high in calories like whole grain rice & whole wheat pastas.

I'M not saying its not possible but you want to make sure you lose it the right way. Losing large amounts of weight fast results loose skin if you give your body time to adjust to the weight loss. But you go girl! Keep me posted.

It will be much easier to log in your workouts once you get your HRM, especially when it tells you the calories burned. Then you can create your own personal workouts and enter your information what way. For now, you can put your information under Database under the exercise tab and look for the best one that describes.…

It could be muscle that you are gaining. Muscle weighs more than fat, just keep that in mind :) Make sure you are drinking your water as not to maintain that water weight.

Use the goals tab on MFP and this will help you figure out how many calories to consume. It's pretty good too! P90X or Insanity workouts should also help tremendously with your weight loss along with healthy eating. Good Luck and I am sure you will do fine =) Welcome to MFP!

Dont Give UP!!!! Your body is just at a hiatus right now. What you have to do is change up your normal workout routine. Give it time and your numbers will start to go down. Also, take into consideration that muscle weighs more than fat =) Keep up the good work!!
