how many calories should I consume/day?

I am 50 years old. 6" 1" 245 pounds. I have a large frame, and 10 years ago I could maintain my weight around 200-210 pounds.

I have finally started to do something about my ever increasing weight. I have a desk job. But I have have been doing P90 workouts 4-5 times per week. But I am still not sure how many calories I should get per day to get back down to 210. I want to do this the right way, and I dont care if it takes several months, as long as I get there.

    just go with exactly mfp sets up for you
  • Use the goals tab on MFP and this will help you figure out how many calories to consume. It's pretty good too!
    P90X or Insanity workouts should also help tremendously with your weight loss along with healthy eating. Good Luck and I am sure you will do fine =)
