It doesn't taste so great with marinara sauce. Add some olive oil and garlic instead. I like to add chicken, broccoli and sun dried tomatoes...YUM!

I am getting my meniscus scoped as well and a cadaver ACL put in. How are you with lunges and squats? Couldyou do them pre-surgery?

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that happened to you. At first the pain was pretty intense. It is quite manageable now when I exercise. But I find that if I don't exercise the meniscus tear will aggravate me! The no ACl is what I worry about with certain workouts. Good to know you are back to doing most things! :)

Ever since I eliminated meat from my diet, A Lot of people have mentioned how much my skin has cleared. I drink a ton of water, no soft drinks and no dairy. I will have eggs on occasion, but I eat a lot of fruits, veggies, whole grains and nuts and beans. Also drinking aloe vera juice is good for you as well!

I just started today. Added it to my Jillian Michael's 90 day Total Body Revolution. I need to step it up, and running helps! I found that I can jog longer than what the program tells you too. Good luck!

Are you drinking regular or skim milk? I don't drink milk at all; I would add water or use almond milk. But that's just me. How many grams of protein are you averaging a day?.

For me; they make me bloated...TMI? They taste yummy, but I find that good ol' fashioned oatmeal (not the prepackaged kind) is a lot better for you. Add a banana or an apple and you have a healthier breakfast.
