Hello! Be sure to take into consideration inches lost. You may find that the weight loss may not be as big than the inches you will lose from a program like insanity. Track your measurements as well! Good luck!

This. You may actually need to up your calories just a little? Great job on the weight loss. Changing your workout routine can help too. I was in a weight loss rut...and then I singed up for a BootCamp program. I go about 4 days a week and it's super intense! Good luck!

I muster through the first 15 minutes of hell that is trying to wake up...have my workout clothes ready and by the bed and put them on. It's very tough to not hit snooze and enjoy more sleep. Once you get a routine of this going, it gets easier. Sometimes I will take a 5-hour energy to wake me up before working out.

Best comment I received? This guy I was seeing told me that I have the butt of a 21-year old. I'm 32. It made my 2014. With every flab and bit of cellulite on my body, that's the one area I am quite proud that's still firm, round and cellulite free :-D
