I have been drinking the chocolate shakeology for a couple of weeks now and love them! I havent tried the green one yet but I heard that one is good too. I use it as a meal replacement and have found that it has helped to curb my sweet toooth alot.

You're welcome! If you plan on going everyday I would get a weeks pass. Day prices are a bit pricey but it includes everything in the Center. Very clean facility and you get access to everything. I'm a member there and I love it! Let me know if you need anymore information!

North Myrtle Beach Aquatic and Fitness Center has them. Quick drive on 31 to get there. They have them everyday but Sundays.

Ok I'll post it even though I'm probably the only one...gained 3.3 pounds this week. It was a bad week. Started out good but then my son became sick and I was grabbing things that were quick and easy. I'm back on track this week!

I'm in! I have recently just recommited myself to losing weight so I need this motivation. Oof I have to post my measurements. Actually that's good because it's the one thing I always neglect to do is take measurements so this will be a great motivator to see those numbers go down!

Families can be the worst. My brother said that when I was thinner I was at my "man getting weight" and now that I have a husband I no longer need to be at that weight. I just want to punch him. Of course this is the same guy who said I lied about my miscarriage to get sympathy from the family. You can't pick your family!

I was thinking of doing a half marathon and one of my coworkers told me the only way I could complete a half marathon is if someone was on a bike in front of me dangling a doughnut in front of my face all the way to the finish line.
