I'm here to say I finally lost after no loss for the last 2 weeks!
SW: 242.6
Last weeks weight: 242.6
This weeks... drum roll please..... 238.2!
That's a wopping 4.4 pounds!

I got a big 0 for the week...
I'm guessing that with being sick and out of the gym for the last week has wrecked me.
I'm on my way to recovery though. I"m hoping to be back in the gym by the end of the week. Still having some breathing and coughing issues... so I'm not "up to par" yet.
Great job to those of you who have weighed in this week! Numbers are looking great!0 -
I weighed in at 140.2! I'm also happy to report that I've lost some inches/gained strength which is really what I'm after!

I can't measure myself. Everytime I do I get a different number! It goes up and down like crazy! I don't get it. I must have a major malfunction on where I'm measuring and not measuring in the exact same place or maybe I'm sucking in my gut when I shouldn't or vice versa. I don't know, all I do know is that I can't seem to get a consistant number. Even around my neck! That should be easy to measure, right?0

60 MINS CARDIO- ONLY MANAGED TO SQUEEZE IN A 20 MIN WALK (DON'T WANT TO MAKE EXCUSES, BUT IT REALLY WAS ONE OF THOSE DAYS WHERE I LITERALLY WENT FROM ONE THINGTO THE NEXT WITHOUT A BREAK UNTIL BED TIME)

UNDER CALORIES- NOPE OVER BY 28 (SO CLOSE)

229.3...Yay a 1.7 pound loss!
Sorry didn't weigh in yeterday. I didn't even get a chance to look at this to see what the challenges were. I did 35 mins running with a jogging stroller as part of my adult running club. Bought the stroller yesterday so I am so motivated! I didn't make my water intake but I was under my calories.0 -

I have still been trying my best these days My vacation earlier this month caused a small gain, I also had a gain before I left!, so I am still trying to get back to my starting weight. I am only about a pound away. I am really, truly hoping to see the low 140s soon! Everyone is awesome to keep trying and keep posting here too It is good to see us all doing so well!0
