Ok.. our initial weigh in and measurement day will be the Monday after Easter.... (this Monday!)

The goal:

Lose 15 pounds or more by July 4th! (of course you can still join us if you have less to lose! )

We will also take measurements of only : Neck, Waist, Hips, and Thighs. (MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT Required, but can be motivational on those weeks where you don't see a loss on the scales!)

THE ONLY REQUIREMENT IS TO POST A WEIGH IN EVERY MONDAY.... and also measurements if you choose...but they are not required.

You come back to this thread to post your results. Another girl, INSKYDIAMONDS, will be making a spreadsheet for us. She is wonderful and works very hard to keep track of everyone's results.

I will try to post daily challenges for us. They are not "required", but are there if you want to do them. EVERYTHING WILL BE POSTED ON THIS THREAD!

MONDAY CHALLENGE:

Post initial weigh in and measurements of NECK, WAIST, HIPS, and THIGHS (do each leg individual for thighs)



TUESDAY CHALLENGE:

8 cups Water...( eventually Tuesdays will be H20 Tuesdays and the goal will be 12!)
Under Calories
45 Minutes exercise...YOU CHOOSE ACTIVITY!



WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE:

8 Cups Water
Under Calories
EAT 4 servings of fruits/veggies today. You choose which and what....

    I am IN! Thanks for setting up another one!!! Love the title!!!!! So fitting I feel so free/independent from the weight I have lost and find very liberating when I so no to the extra helping, the desert, the snitch, etc.

    I didn't make the last three challenges, but I am going to make this goal! I am tired of being this size!

    Posh i am going to join & my aim is going to be 15lb loss. I have just joined the couch to 5k and i start on Monday 25th.
  • I'm in, too. I tried to join last time, but was coming out of starvation, so it was too discourafing. Now that I'm back on track, I'm ready for this challenge!!

    Don't forget to weigh and measure in tomorrow morning! Remember, measurements are optional as are the challenges. The only "requirement" is a weigh in on Mondays!

    I am in... 15 is a little high for me (I avg. 1#/week. and it is 10 weeks), but will see what I can do...it is a goal! Oh, and maybe a new bathing suit by then...!!!! :-)
