Lisa’s Guilt Free Chocolate Mint Cake
Mix the following ingredients and bake as directed in 9X13 pan, let cool completely:
1 dry Betty Crocker Super Moist Devils food Chocolate cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
½ cup applesauce (I used Cinnamon applesauce in the lunch single serving size)
3 egg whites
In separate bowl mix:
1 container cool whip light
9 Melted Hershey’s Mint Truffle kiss’s
Spread Cool Whip mixture on top of cooled cake.
Cute 6 across x 3 deep (yield 18 servings). 154 calories per serving.
Optional: If you can’t find the Hershey’s Kiss’s you can use Andes Mints or Andes Cherry Cordial chocolates just make sure you only use 200 calories worth for the entire cake.
Enjoy the Chocolately Minty Goodness :0)
If someone can tell me how to add a pic I will :0)

The great thing about this dessert is that you can enjoy it while you lose weight. At only 154 calories it's not hard to fit into your caloric goals :0) I find that allowing myself smart choices keeps me on track and I don't feel deprived, which is making me more successful. Yay for low cal choc cake!0
