I have been at it for about 9 weeks, and have lost 25 pounds. Have had bad days but have had really good days 80% of the time. Wish it would go super fast, but I know it's going to take time. I totally changed how I ate, and don't eat late at night like I used to, and go to the gym about 5 times a week. One more…

I check my weight daily, and have seen the fluctuations that's for sure. I only record my Saturday morning weigh in usually. I obsess a little too. I put in my weight twice in one week, and had to change it back.

Thanks so much for the suggestions, makes me feel a lot better about the 6 pound difference. Given I usually weigh myself in the morning vs. the evening as well.

Yes have had a big struggle with the binging lately...not sure why, other than giving in to some old habits, which have been very difficult to break.

Congrats keep up the hard work!

Totally agree!

You look amazing, all the hard work and dedication that you put into yourself shows!

I would get the pizza, just because I am a sucker for it, it's my fav! What I have learned though is moderation, not too much of it and save the rest for later in the week. If I eat more than I should, I know it's time to work super hard at the gym or go on a nice long walk. Can't beat free!

Thank you so much for sharing, it is posts like this that keep motivated to keep going. So many times the temptation was there to just gave up, I had a piece of cake, it's all over. But reading stuff like this lets me know it's okay to have a little hiccup in my journey to a healthier lifestyle as it takes time to change…

LOVE Chipotle! Have never tried the Barbacoa, usually get the carnitas one. Sounds so yummy!

Very realistic, bet you can do it and more! I have been on here about 2 months and have lost 26, if you hit a plateau just keep going! Congrats to you and enjoy the planning part for the wedding, the day will be here before you know it!

I have mine set to lose up to 2 lbs a week, and it has been pretty consistent. I work out 5-6 days a week, and usually have about 200 or so calories left over at the end of each day as I do eat back some of my workout calories if I am still feeling super hungry. As for advice...if you ever have a difficult day with staying…

I just purchased and HRM and also have a variety of fitness apps on my smart phone. If I had to chose one or the other, I would definitely pick the smart phone, some foods will surprise you, and it's nice and handy to have. I like knowing how many calories I burn with the HRM and such, but there are different places on the…

That is quite a difference! Great job! I have lost around that right now doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and have the P90 lined up to do next, did you find that the P90 was hard to do? Anyhow, you look amazing and keep up the great work!

Laughed out loud reading that, how true, the battle in the head is there for sure when the decision is needed in regards how to "spend" the calories. Love how you put it in writing!

About a month and a half, have lost 23 lbs so far, hit a plateau for about a week, then continued. Switched up my workout to get the weight loss to keep going.

I have had a couple of binges with my favorite treats around the house, and it's hard not to buy them and keep them in the house since the kids enjoy them. The other night I really wanted cookies, and went to the store at 11pm and got them :-( But still going with MFP.
