I have PCOS, lost 58lbs and currently back on the journey. I gained weight while in nursing school. It is challenging. There are up and down days, but slowly you can do it as long as you stay focused. Working out 6 out of 7 days and decreasing breads/sugars in my diet is how I have done it. Basically no candy or cookies,…

Feel free to add me. I log everyday and lack support and motivation too!

It is hard. I'm right there with you. I found that I did the best by logging in everyday and tracking things as soon as they went in mouth, that way I knew right away if the food was good or bad, and learned from that. Losing weight is a long journey, but so worth it!

I also have PCOS, lost 58 and now have to lose 30 of that again. It's definitely a challenge, please feel free to add me, I need some PCOS buddies!

Awesome! Doing great, love that you found a way to workout with the barriers!!!

I have lost weight by changing my eating, it is very important to check back in on the boards and keep track of every thing that goes in your mouth.

Saying I can't have things, makes me want it more  I'm doing okay managing weight loss right now with out too many heavy restrictions, just really watch what I eat and count calories plus exercise. Can't give up on all my naughty foods

Loss of motivation is a constant for myself. It goes in spurts. I have had a gain and then realize I need to start kicking some butt again and just move forward, came to far to go all the way back. Just know there will be fluctuations, and do the best you can each day.

That is quite the accomplishment, I would be so proud if I were you. When starting this weight loss journey, I was tired ALL of the time, and was diagnosed with sleep apnea, a severe case of it and was put on CPAP. I still dislike putting it on every night, but if I don't I know it because I am exhausted and do not feel…

Looking for suggestions on this as well. I am staying within calories or just a little over, and a huge amount of calories is wasted on unnecessary snacking and I get so frustrated with myself. Why can't I just eat healthier??? I have the healthy options in my fringe but yet I chose to eat a cookie. I know it would be best…
-
Totally agree, used to have mine public but felt like I may be getting criticized for what I was eating  when I am new at trying to eat healthy and still struggle with it, but I do stay within my calories.

The top pic or the bottom pic, definitely don't go for the middle pic weight. Enjoy life and know that you are beautiful, do not let a guy influence your thinking on how you look and feel. Find a place you are comfortable at and seriously find a new boyfriend.

Today is a good day, your work is definitely paying off and you look beautiful, thanks so much for sharing!

Have done that as well, just keep going. Remember how you feel and try not to feel that way again, but if it does happen, just keep going, this is a long journey, and not an easy one, there are bumps along the way. Here's to having a better day :drinker:
