Feels great to ditch the body shapers and feel comfortable without them!

I may stop here soon. I think I may lose about 5 or 10 more lbs and stop. I'm pretty happy with my body for now but my opinion of my body changes from day to day... someday if i change my mind I'd like to get down to about 135. I'm 5'8

    Im actually still a little jiggly... not bad... but a little... lol
    I've been doing crunches, sit ups, bicycles(laying on the floor), corkscrews, jogging, yoga, and light lifting (I think Im going to go heavier soon though... I've been lifting 5lb but I want to progress into 10lb)
    I do have extra skin that is not budging or changing much... but I've been told time will help.
