    Congratulations, such a great attitude. This only works if we are flexible,sometimes we eat a little less,sometimes a little more but thanks to MFP you can see how averages work. Statistics are on our side!

    Wow, so exciting to see someone just like me! I was 263 at my heaviest also, and I'm also 5'8". I started working out in 2011 and am at 189 now. My goal is 160 as of now. I'd love to friend you since our stories are so similar.

    STUNNING! I am 5'7 and went from 215 to 165. Your tummy is so much nicer than mine! You look amazing. You make me think it may be possible to lose another 10 from it! I'm so glad u posted! Thanks!
