Lost ground

gained 13 lbs back over the holidays....bummed for sure......... motivation seems to be waning....what do you do, when this bugs you

    I had the same thing happen, but I realized that I needed to get more active. I've been working out everyday now. For me, weight is no longer the issue, it's fitness. If I work on my fitness the weight loss will follow.

    You're down more than half of your goal, so you definitely have something that works. So, just stick with it, you've done great so far! Pick yourself back up and do what you did before. Stay positive :)

    Loss of motivation is a constant for myself. It goes in spurts. I have had a gain and then realize I need to start kicking some butt again and just move forward, came to far to go all the way back. Just know there will be fluctuations, and do the best you can each day. :smile:
