6 months and counting...

I have always been big since jr high and once i graduated it just kept going on and on. i wont get into the issues as to why since they are just excuses. the problem is all mine and not someone elses. while it was fun to put the weight on it has been a chore to take it off.
i have always been "active" playing deck hockey and basketball and have used my size to my advantage, people naturally assumed a fat white kid couldnt play hoops.
but i wanted to play better. get more rebounds, not be as tired at the end of the night. be quicker. so last may i put my mind to it and clamped down. found this app/site and started to log everything. slowly and surely the weight started to come off.
what started as 3lbs from 300 has no come down to 233 in a smidge over 6 months.
my initial goal is to get to 212lbs
after that get down to 190lbs
after that work on tone and fitness overall even more so
about me.
6ft, medium build though shoulders are i guess a little broad. i go to the gym 7 days a week.
my workouts are m-f with an hour cardio each day and then the weekends are an hour of cardio each day.
tues and thursdays i get to the gym late and leave around 8pm and go play hoops for 2 hours. on these days i split my leg routine. quads vs hammies
the other three days of weight training depends on how many are there and what they are doing:
tricep/bicep
Shoulders/abs
chest/back
cardio is one hour of Elliptical machine set on weight loss. typically burns 820 calories for the hour
meals are simple
during the week
Breakfast - bowl of cheerios or cascadian farms honey rasian granolla
snack - thin pretzels
Lunch 4oz pasta 3oz chicken
snack - captain waffers crackers
dinner - peanutbutter fantasy shake from the gym
once or twice a week i will substitute the chicken and pasta with subway chiplote chicken on flatbread
weekends
breakfast - cerral
lunch - panera asiago roast beef and chips
dinner 2 slices of pizza
