Hey everyone!! Its really excited to finally be able to reach my goal. I have reached many goals in life but this is one of the best by far. I am a mother of two beautiful kids! My son who was just born this past march! I finally decided to get my butt up and moving for myself and to surprise my husband when he gets back from Afghanistan in 2013! I have lost a total of 27 pounds! I know everyone says this but If I can do it you can do it! I finally got my wedding dress and to my surprise I fit into a size 6!!! I hope I can give people the motivation they need as other people on here have for me when I saw there before and after pictures! Thanks for looking!

I did Chalean Xtreme, 30 Day Shred, Insanity, Turbo Fire, pretty much a little bit of everything but my main program was Chalean Xtreme. I also ate about 1500 calories per day sometimes I ate back my work out calories sometimes I did not.0
