    Nice job, I get started, but then lose motivation, how do you keep going without getting discouraged?

    Even when I have my bad days I just pick back up and keep going. It can be hard to stay motivated especially if you only look at the scale. Taking measurements and seeing pictures of myself is what kept me going because it showed me results even when the scale did not want to! Staying positive is a must I always tried to find the positive in things. There are many things in your journey that can keep you from getting discouraged just set mini goals within your main goal to keep yourself going.

    I actually got it at Disneyland but I am pretty sure you can get it online. They have a Yoda one too!
