I am a runner and currently training for marathon #6. My legs and core have gotten stronger and see the results when I do hill/speed training. Plus I just love squats :smile:

Debbie- I am a runner and I can definitely tell that my legs/core have gotten stronger for sure. I am currently training for marathon #6 and it has made a big difference on hill/speed workouts. Hang in there and you will get the results as long as you stay consistent with your challenge.
