I've just had the same experience - lots of exercise yesterday equals weight gain this morning...good to know it's probably water retention! :smile:

Hi - I would be very grateful for some quick advice please My BMR is 1460 my TDEE is: for light exercise 2000 (15% cut - 1700) or for moderate exercise 2260 (15% cut - 1920) I was advised to stick to the light option while recuperating from an op - at the time I was walking the dogs at a good speed for about 40 mins 3 or 4…
