Add me if you believe
weight management is a journey
that fad diets are insane
that losing weight isn't going to just make you happy- your mind makes you happy too.
that being prejudice against others is not cool (race, weight, sexuality, etc)
that working out is essential for healthy weight management
that you can't lose weight for anyone but yourself or just for an occasion- or it will come back
that having a positive attitude is a good way to lose weight.
that being around others who are caring and good helps this process.
that weight loss isn't about failure, it's about not giving up.
that the scale is just ONE measurement of success, so is a measuring tape and clothing fits!
I don't care about your age, your sex, your sexuality, your race, your looks, your income/assets- if you truly get me- I am here!

42 here, working so far, enjoying the challenge and picking up a few friends along the way. I am here every day (although I am on vacation next week so that might stop). Great statements, would be very happy to be added.
