Thank you all for the great points. I will start to measure my portions to get a more accurate calorie count and not eat back all of my exercise calories as they may be a higher than actual burn. I will alos change up my exercise and add my bycycle to the mix. Thanks for the help.

Thank you, I love to ride my bike and I could do that after work and on weekends that will be a good addition to my walking routine.

I have walked 29 of the past 30 days and I have lost 11 lbs. I am not fond of the gym and walking is something I enjoy, it is my exercise of choice.

1 can of tuna mixed with 1 T sweet Relish and 1 T lite mayo. Mix it up grab 16 lite wheat thins and a bunch of grapes. Yummo.

Spinich is the old stand by to get iron. Also, and this is very old school, very very old school, cook with cast iron.

I take a bag of vegetable mix, like brocoli, carrot, zuchini and I put it with a jar of marinara, simmer it and serve it over whole wheat spagetti, sprinkle with a little parmesan. Yummo. You get your veggies and hardly know your eating them.

You should eat your calories, make sure you are getting water and protein. We do not live on Veggies alone. Do not try to lose to fast it will mess you up. Leaving 100 calories uneaten is one thing but leaving 500 or over is a bad thing. Your sugars could be low, eat a piece of fruit, have a granola bar, eat a cup of…

Hang in there it will happen, go for a walk and stay off the scale. Take your measurements and write them down, you could lose inches before lbs. But whatever you do, do not give up on yourself, we are all right behind you.
