Pickles
Sliced cucumber mixed with salsa and greek yogurt
100 calorie bags of popcorn
Lean lunch meat

A piece of swiss chees and 10 almonds, or a tablespoon of peanut butter0

I have recently found veggie chips to help my salt tooth. (I don't have a sweet tooth) According to the package they are very similar to regular chips but you get to have 3 times as many for like 110 calories.0

Another one I just remembered: Archer Farms freeze dried apple crisps. They're so tasty and crispy, and come with their skins on.0

Pops 100 cal bags of chips (or just 1 serving out of a big bag).0
-
snow peas, for mindless munching.
cause I can trick my brain into thinking they are chips0 -
Whatever I want. As long as it fits into my calorie allowance - often times, its CHOCOLATE!!! Mmmmmm0

Mine is Best Maid pickles!! Minus the sodium, they are a low cal snack for me!0

Hot cocoa I hate mixing with water so I mix it with vanilla almond milk (90 cal per cup).. which makes it around 120 for a glass Also, Yoplait smoothie mixes. Especially the chocolate banana one. 90 calories for 1 serving unmade, 130 made. Love.0

I agree... whatever I have a taste for, as long as I have the calories to do so... and it's usually chips and salsa !0 -
My guilty pleasure was ice cream. Now I spoon a 60 calorie Jello-sugar-free Pudding into a bowl, top with half a sliced banana and finish with a squirt of whipped cream. It feels so indulgent and really takes care of my ice cream cravings.0

Chapman's frozen yougurt juicy creamsicle things. 80 calories0

as for my snacks of choice--10-12 almonds or pistachios, nectarines, spreadable cheese triangles (the ones i use are like 30 calories) with whole grain crackers, cottage cheese + fruit.0 -
honey roasted peanuts, an orange, a cheese stick or special k cracker chips.0

Dove Dark Chocolate for my sweets & stove top popcorn for my salt, I usually put a little salt, melted butter & garlic powder on it, if I'm lacking calcium / protein for the day I'll add a little shredded chedar cheese to the top & pop in the microwave for 8 seconds.
I hate microwave / prepackaged popcorn.0 -
lately I have been making my own tortilla chips to have with salsa....just a corn tortilla sliced up..little bit of pam and let them crisp up....more chips for less calories...and I don't add the extra sodium from bag ones...saves money too...and no bag for the kids to leave open and find them stale later!0
-
Any kind of fruit!!0

A few people have said this already, but I treat myself with a healthy version of whatever it is that I'm craving, as long as it fits in my calorie budget. (ie, cappuccino frozen yogurt -100 cal for 1/2 cup rather than ice cream.)0
-
frozen curly wurly0
