I had gastric sleeve in January and have gone from 230lbs to 150lbs. It's been the greatest gift I've given myself, but I agree if you don't get your mind right and get to the root of the eating issues it'll come back.

I lost quite a bit of weight for the first month Mostly because it helped me with my emotional eating. I don't feel those side effects of the dramatic weight loss now but it definitely helps curb my cravings and helps me make better choices as far as food.

I tried it along with another medicine (can't remember the name) I completely lost my appetite and lost about 17lbs in a month. The weight loss was great, but the foggyness and feeling 'stupid and slow' all the time was not great. In the end I ended up gaining it all back + some. Totally not worth how I felt- I still feel…

My husband went to the ER yesterday because his head was hurting for a few days straight. The first thing the doc said was how much water do you drink? My husband told him and he told us " I know no one does this, I dont even so this but you really need to drink about 8, 20oz a day min. Seems like a lot :/

1lb? That could be water! I lost 8lbs my first 2 weeks then GAINED 10 in my third. Its now my 5th week and Ive lost 2. Dont be so impatient!! I would suggest measuring, I think you will def see results :)

Smoking never made me eat... DRINKING makes me eat like a horse... damn drunchies... Smoking did make me stay up all night. Things have weird effects on me.. like coffee makes me tired o_o

Since ive been working out I HAVENT been sleeping the same.. I always wake up and toss and turn. I have been doing MFP and exercising for a month and maybe over the last 3-4 nights I have been sleeping better. Seems like the days I dont work out I sleep better....who knows lol

I bought some cans too! But then I noticed they have aspertame and that turned me off. Well I chose to try them and it seemed as if they made my chest tight... by my heart and they have a very bad "chemical" taste.

I will be starting to try this in feb while my husband is away for a month for military training and I KNOW there wont be any goodies in the house ;) I started to try this last week and did 20/4 which worked great for my schedule!

Me to0 :( I lost 8lbs in the first 2.5 weeks the third week I GAINED 10lbs back. I about lost it haha. But I have been working out 4x a week doing cardio and swimming and I just started weights. I have not seen any weight loss.. Grrr... I think I will start measuring because I FEEL smaller
