Why do you need fat free? I don't think there are any good tasting fat free dressings unless you just use a good vinegar. But you need some fat to help absorb all the nutrients in the veggies so use 1 Tb of an organic good dressing of your choice or make some with oil and vinegar and you're good to go!

I got a ninja from Amazon that included a food processor, large blender container and 2 cups for shakes and I love it!

Both are good programs. But yes, hammer and chisel is very leg heavy. Everyday is leg day. Body beast is very well rounded

Anything you will stick to and enjoy can work. I haven't stepped foot in a gym in years but use all at home fitness programs and running. I do combos of weights and cardio. I can be more specific about what i do, but the main point is find something you enjoy. You don't even need equipment to get a good workout in.

I create my own cardio exercises for all the workouts I do. Then I technically don't add in exercise calories because I don't have a heart rate monitor so I don't know what I'm burning. My calories are already adjusted for physical activity.

I did a Tough Mudder, these are not timed and team work is needed to do many of the obstacles. Many are difficult and they are about 10 miles. But, there is no penalty for skipping so some people walk the whole thing and skip obstacles and still get the finisher headband. (I'm all for people participating and doing a…

I have a 15 month old, work, exercise everyday and try to cook healthy meals for us. I was in superb shape before he was born and still trying to get back to that and stop eating like I'm pregnant.

Plain rolled oats or steel cut oats that I add stuff to instead of buying the flavored packets. Plain yogurt that I add stuff to and also use in place of sour cream and mayo.

I use the garmin forerunner 10 and love it. I also don't run with a phone, I just like to think and enjoy scenery when I run and don't need music. But the garmin tracks mileage, pace, etc.

P90x is already an intense program, but when I was in my best shape I started adding insanity workouts in place of plyo and kenpo (insanity is tougher cardio) and running once a week. But I didn't have time for much more as they are long workouts. Did you try increasing weights?

New bathing suit, workout clothes, jeans (maybe for larger loss increments). But I also like the massage and pedicure ideas

I do it too. For me it's stress and boredom eating mostly. I don't keep much in the house but there are still thinks I keep because I do eat them (peanut butter and peanuts) that I will also binge on. Sometimes I'm great measuring, other times I keep going back for more. Feel free to add me

I was also going to say make sure you are well hydrated before you go out. You don't need anything for a four mile run. I've always heard running longer then 60 minutes you may want something

We are entering summer so it's light here but exercise is so engrained in me now that even when it's super cold and dark at 4:50 when I get up I still get up even in the winter. I know how good I feel after my exercise and how terrible I feel if I don't get it in. So my alarm goes off and I get up immediately.
