I keep water going through my training AND my day, so I highly think that's the problem. Definitely see a difference in performance between the days I have a low and high nutritional intakes. Second day on the inversion table. Hoping this works. Perhaps a massage therapist for Christmas..... :D

<3 Chris you is the sweetest! I'm working on 1200calories a day real hard. It's specifically on my dominant arms side. I practice both sides, but it's almost as if I'm not punching from my hips enough and straining my arm and boggling my head on that side. Does that make sense?

I eat a LOT and find it tough **** to get 1200 calories. Just make sure to set a balanced goal with your fibers compared to the average amount of calories that you take up so they don't get in the way of absorbing other nutrients. Also, if you would really like to reach a higher calorie try adding some superfoods, wheat…

I'm not worried about the belt so much as proper training. If a school cares about who goes where to train because of belt colours, then I care. Like I said, not trying to be with the beginners and trial people nearly every time.

Default, your answer is my favourite. I'm just sick of getting stuck with the new people, trial people, or itty bitty people. Not in a rude way, it's just, I don't feel I'm learning, I feel like I'm teaching those people. >.< Why must it be so difficult to find a good school around Tampa!?

I'm a lifter! Rare is the day you'll see me without weights in my gloves. Suggestion: Running with weights with your hands in blocking position. That'll teach you to keep them babies up! lol

Home work out for Muay Thai is basically familiarizing the muscles with the movements found in Muay Thai. ie. Kicks. I've been looking for a legit class, but nothing too convincing yet. Plus, I signed in with Krav for six months so I'd like to complete that first.

I've noticed my wrists are sore after boxing/punching. Someone at my job suggested wrapping my wrists. I bought a sports tape to try tomorrow, hopefully it isn't sticky and peel my skin and hairs though.

This is fantastic! Both of them are unchanging men in my life, and it's just the greatest in the world when you have friends like that. To answer the first response, I love them both dearly enough to be with them forever, but that's what friends are, forever.
