good to keep in mind Jeremy - thanks! You were probably gaining muscle which I believe weighs more than fat. Then the muscle burns more calories than fat in the long run.

I know that walk too well! LOL! Wait until you do the lower body one - that's the one that killed me!

So far the most soreness I felt was the day after the lower body routine - that one was a tough one for me, even doing the moderated moves!

I'd like to know what people think about the knees also - I've returned some JM workouts because they were so heavy with the lunges & squats. Even with doing fewer reps to be sure my form was correct, I still ended up with knee strain.

I tested out the Cardio & Speed over the past two weeks but started the suggested schedule last night. So far I'm loving it & my knees have been ok. I'm really hoping to be feeling better in my skin by Summer. I have my annual physical in June so hoping my doctor will be happy with me too, lol!
