I’m sorry you’re having this problem. I know you said your Dr. ruled out blood clots and fluid retention...but she should be finding out what the cause is. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight over the years I’ve been here, I never had swelling. She should do a full blood panel to make sure everything is okay. Good luck!

There is a nerve that runs along the top of your foot, it could be your shoes are tied too tight across the top. I was having the same problem, try adjusting your laces just a bit.
