I used to eat cheese every day twice a day. Down to about 3 times a week and control portion size. Changed from ice cream to non fat peach sherbet.

I have lost 8lbs with walking. I started the last week in September. I walk three times a week, but at a very brisk pace thanks to my lab.

I laughed when I read your post. Yesterday sprained my ankle running with my 80 pound lab shepherd mix 8 month old pup. He decided that squirrel still could be caught with me being dragged on the ground behind him. He did not even realize I was flat on the ground he just kept going. This has helped me. I made a snack basket. Everything is prepackaged. If I have three crunchy snacks during the day it really saves me from wanting to pig out. I find when I'm starving I will just shove food in to pacify my stomach then still go ahead and eat my meal. So having a pre-measured snack basket has really saved…

I buy the cheddar ones and top with one light laughing cow (35 cal) it is fantastic. Just make sure you let the cheese wedge soften so it is easier to spread. Sometimes for lunch I will add on top a slice of fat free turkey meat (25 cal ) it really satisfies my urge to crunch. I always go for the crunch!!
