Please pardon my silly question, but how do you do your squats?is it with weights? If so, i only have 3lbs at home, what to do? TIA

i use two backpacks, inside are books and notebooks weighing 18 lbs each bag, then carried it on my shoulder, then i try jumping jacks, and i understand why i"m out of breath with just 5 jumping jacks before :D

I told her she's mean and explain to her that its not healthy to lose weight drastically.. About my ex yeah that would be my biggest reward , but i know he wouldnt do that, the same reason why i told my kids not to tell their father i'm losing weight before i hit my goal coz i want him to see me when i'm done and shove it…

what is your starting weight?they said it depends on the weight, what i did was lessen my calorie intake and i walk as much as possible

thank you, what you said really made sense to me, i tried to shrug their comment off though sometimes it really hits me, about exercise what i do is i walk as much possible it helps me clear my head too, and also i read this forum a lot whenever i felt like eating , and it helps me fight the cravings , good luck to us :D

first two weeks of low calorie diet i've lost 10 lbs I'm 180 lbs before now 170, but its almost 10 days and i haven't lost any, i just hope to get over this phase soon, don't want to be demotivated
