I was pregnant this time last year. I still have about 40lbs to go. Trying to take it in 10lbs chunks so it feels 'easier' in my mind :#

@mychocolateDi -One stone equals 14lbs, us being from England most of us find pounds wierd to use as it means money (our GBP ) so we tend to stick to stones :happy:

In the uk this advice is only for the third trimester! But yes, set at maintenance, eat well and look after yourself :) that's my plan and I'm 25weeks on tues :) [/quote] Agree! In the UK you are told to eat at maintenance untill the 3rd trimester then you add 300 cals extra a day. I put on 60lbs with my first pregnancy…
