I make chicken salad with avocado too. Chop up some chicken breast with mashed up avocado,cilantro,green onion and a squeeze of lime juice. Delicious.

I use feta cheese in my salads. Has a strong flavor so you do not need a lot of it to get a lot of flavor. I also have string cheese and colby jack cheese sticks with a fruit for a snack quite often :)

I mix 7 chopped almonds with Yoplait coconut greek yogurt. I was never a fan of yogurt but love this combo. 153 calories and 10 grams protein. Yum!!

1.Fruit 2.Cheese stick 3.Hummus with veggies or pretzel thins 4.Nuts 5.Make my own "sushi" I buy the snack size nori (seaweed sheets) at Walmart. I add some cooked brown rice, thin sliced cucumber and avocado. Roll and eat!! You can add whatever you like though.

I take a small banana and slice it into bit sized pieces and lay them on wax paper. In a small bowl I microwave a Tablespoon of dark chocolate chips for 15-30 seconds. I loved my Keurig coffee maker but ended up getting rid of it and went back to using the old fashioned coffee maker because my boyfriend and I each have a couple cups a day and it was costing me a fortune :(

Maybe the choices you made were not all the best but by my calculations you only ate about 700 calories for the day. That is really low. Do you usually eat less calories than that? I would drink lots of water tomorrow if you think you had too much sodium today and I would be sure you are eating enough for your over all…
