oh no! I ate to much today on my cheat day! ):

Options
I had for the whole day:
1 small bag of popcorn ( 100 calories )
Vitatop muffin ( 100 calories )
A peach
Greek yogurt
Morning star veggie patty ( 100 calories )
A bowl of lettuce
2 hard boiled egg whites
Diet soda

I ate SO MUCH processed junk. I usually eat only vegetables, fruits and that's all. No bread. No veggie pattys, no popcorn. no diet soda.
Can you gain weight from ONE day of eating horrible?
I'm so bloated from all the salt..

You can gain water weight and go up on the scale but you won't have gained fat or long lasting weight.

But are you really full from that?

You're not eating nearly enough. That adds up to what 500 or 600 calories? Stop starving yourself!

Maybe the choices you made were not all the best but by my calculations you only ate about 700 calories for the day. That is really low. Do you usually eat less calories than that? I would drink lots of water tomorrow if you think you had too much sodium today and I would be sure you are eating enough for your over all health. Good luck to you!!

If that is your whole day the calories are still very low.... There is no way you would gain from that.

you would have to eat around 5,000 calories in 1 day without moving a muscle to even think about gaining a single pound, you ate about as much all day as i do in one meal

There is nothing wrong with anything she ate, diet soda

    but this explains a lot

You need 1500 minimum to live you are slowly killing yourself, choose healthy foods and enjoy them.

I see on your profile that you're overcoming an eating disorder. If you're not already in touch with a therapist or medical professional of some sort, I would really encourage you to talk to one. You ate, what, 500 calories today? On a cheat day? You should probably be eating triple of that amount every day.

I have struggled with disordered eating habits, and I know it's hard to get yourself back on track but you NEED to do so. You are not eating enough to sustain your body and live a healthy life.
