I think that's what's happened to my digital scale. It's become uncalibrated. Definitely prefer digital to analog but my current one just isn't cutting it.

I say if you want to do it, do it. I recently permed my hair so I could continue to grow it out but cut down on the time spent fixing it in the morning. My hair is so much more manageable now and I'm not spending 20+ minutes per day damaging it with a straightening iron. I say if it's something you want to do, go for it.

It's false that all women will lose weight in their chest as they lose. I'm down 25lbs and I still remain the same cup size. It depends on how you lose weight, where you lose it. If you do it the healthy way, slowly & over time your cup size will most likely remain the same or only decrease by a cup.

I had a hard time making it to the classes because of the schedule. Therefore, I bought Zumba for the Wii and I love it. It's a great burn and I love the music. The high tempo is fabulous!

I love Skinny Cow. And I'm a chocolate junkie as well. Instead of buying Skinny Cow or low calorie treats, I buy a bag of dark chocolate chips and treat myself to a tablespoon when I get a craving. Only 70 calories!

I originally set out to workout 3 days a week, but I plateaued early on in my weight loss journey. Therefore, I stepped it up to 4-6 days per week. I have a portable BPA free cup with a straw that I reuse throughout the day. Since it's a proven fact that one drinks more when using a straw, that's how I manage 8 glasses a day.
