  • Good luck on your journey! You will be successful!!
  • You can do this!! Everybody has setbacks, but you will find your way back. You have worked so hard to get where you are right now... don't beat yourself up for falling off the wagon "temporarily". Mind over matter... you will get it back! Think positive
  • That is a great idea! Just stick with clean foods (fresh tomatoes, peppers, etc) and add some chick peas and lots of spices! Clean chili is good too!!
  • I am having Pizza Hut tonight! Don't deprive yourself. It is good to allow yourself one "freestyle" meal a week. This way you don't feel guilty for eating foods that you are craving... it is not cheating especially if you have been good all week long... one meal is not going to erase all of the your hard work. ENJOY!!

  • I was also scared to start back at the gym. I had let myself put on 60 pounds, I was out of shape and I had absolutely no confidence. So, to get over my fear, I joined a 3 month fitness challenge with other ladies who were in the same boat as me... Let me tell you that it was the best thing that I could have done. I have…
  • I have totally been there myself... and have also had the feelings of guilt afterwards. I think I felt guilty because I felt as though I had let myself down. One thing I have tried, as a way of keeping the cravings at bay, is to allow myself 1 cheat meal (freestyle meal) a week. This meal can be anything you want, but it…
  • Dear Co-Worker who filled the kitchen sink with water yesterday, but didn't do the dishes, C'mon... if you have the time to fill the sink, I am pretty sure that you have time to wash the 7 dishes that were in it rather than leave it for me to deal with this morning. Might I suggest that next time you spend a little less…
  • The Wild Rose 12 Day Herbal Cleanse is great!
  • Strength in numbers... get a workout buddy or join a fitness challenge. I am the kind of person that cannot motivate myself and need others to push me. Go to your local gym and join a fitness challenge.
  • I had a quick look through your diary and for the most part it doesn't look bad. You are not eating enough calories though. You should be consuming a minimum of 1200 calories per day and more on the days where you exercise. You could tweak your food a bit by cutting out all juices and pop, stay away from processed foods…
  • Another suggestion is to prepare some of your meals on your days off. I usually do my grocery shopping on the weekend and do food prep on Sunday before my week starts. Get all of your veggies chopped and your chicken pre-cooked. Plan what you are going to have for dinner each night to take some of the pressure off. This…
  • WOW! You inspire me! Great job!!
  • You are definitely not eating enough and your body has gone into "starvation mode". Good for you for cutting out the pop and switching to water! Keep it up. I can't see your food, but as long as you are making smart choices (clean food) and staying away from processed foods, the weight will start to fall off. Good luck!
  • I have been using MFP for approx. one month now and I must admit that I was surprised with the daily calories at first too. May I suggest "cleaner eating"? I bought the Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno and the Eat Clean cookbook. Since I have been eating clean, I am actualy having trouble eating enough calories in my day. I…
