  • I'm confused. Are you refering to a pause during a set or between the sets? During a set, the only pause you should have would be to swap weights if you are struggling to much to finish a proper rep. Between sets, i found i get best results at 30-90 seconds.
  • Mass is the measurement of the amount of matter someting contains. WEIGHT on the other hand is the measurement of the pull of gravity on an object. That is why on the moon, your MASS stays the same, but your WEIGHT drops. There is less gravity. Stop trying to confuse people and learn basic physics.
  • I use the playground at a local elementry school for the monkey bars. I have to hold my legs up so my feet don't the ground but hey, I get an extra ab and leg workout from that on top of everything.

  • My rest days are days where I just don't do my lifting. I might do some moderate to intense cardio workouts or maybe go play some vollyball or soccer but I avoid the weights like the plague.

  • I eat meat cause it tastes good. I have relatives who are vegitarian not by choice and they are perfectly healthy so I know it can be done. Plus, I enjoy the satisfaction of going out, killing a deer, and eating it more than I do from eating produce I get from my garden.
