good point deanea my wife does the same thing, she makes sure she leaves around 200 calories or more for snacks at night. most of the time she does not even use them, but she feels better knowing they are there if she felt the need for a snack.

yeah apples are great and so is v-8 juice, just alot of salt. i have no prob with the carbs sadly, i usually have to stop eating those because i love fruit so much.

find a hobby or something to take up some of the time and keep your mind out of the kitchen. it can be anything that needs your attention to do, as easy as house cleaning, walking again, posting here or reading inspiration from other people here. also each time you find yourself on the snack attack trail grab a large glass…

i found a great fudge bar that is only 100 calories per bar, and not bad for fat either, 25g. taste great and fills the sweet craving and for me the ice cream craving all in one. look for it in walmart, you will see the 100 calorie fudgsicle.
