Hello everyone! I am a 61 year old wife, mother, grandmother, who is sick of feeling tired all of the time. I have gained 100 pounds during the past 10 years. I have gained the last 30 pounds due to a medication that has played havoc with my thyroid. From everything I have been reading, I feel that I am in the right place to finally stop this downward spiral. I am so glad I have found this web site,
