I don't eat any veggies, can't stand the taste of any. I do like salad, but rarely eat it. But I just stick to my calories 1200 and I've had no trouble losing weight! Good Luck!! You're not alone!! :)

I had to have my daughter removed from her 4th grade class and put in with another teacher/class. She was being bullied by her teacher and I went to the principal and he did nothing. I had to go all the way to the superintendant of the school board to get her moved, but I didn't back down. It's terrible that this happens…

I did try those a long time ago, in fact I had 5 sessions. I don't remember the actual number but I did lose inches, very minimal though. It felt very relaxing and is a nice stress reliever!! Have fun!

Good Luck, it's so tough to stick to a diet. This is the only diet that has worked for me. Counting calories just comes easy to me. And reading all of the message boards keeps me going. :o)

I just try to snack on low calorie snacks to help me maintain 1200 a day. Grapes have helped when I'm hungry. That way you have enough calories for your meals! It's workable, you can do it!! Good luck!
