So far it's day 2 and I'm still back and forth by like 3 lbs every few days..... I don't know how to break this cycle! But I know I can be more on point on the weekends!! Yes post on here! Let's help one another stay accountable

I found at first it was hard to stay below 1200 but I got the hang of it 200or so for breakfast 200 or so for lunch and the rest for dinner and if I work out I can have ice cream! I don't do low carb just low calorie some days it's hard to remember to eat enough.

My knees crack almost every time I bend them. I can lay on my back and do the bicycle and they crack or pop you may say like crazy! If I what causes it my chiropractor said something about pushing air out of the joints. I know I'm not much help but thought I'd let you know your not alone!

I am back after taking a break and I am back and ready to lose the rest of my extra weight for good! I'm a mom of a 20 month old and could use some support especially to remind me to log daily and vis versa...

Thanks for the replys! I tryed the day care at a gym n I went to pick him up he was licking the window.. I havent tryex the ymca tho... it depends on price too... while he sleeps i can do at home work out but i live in an apt building so no jumpping or our neighbors below get upset i dont have some one to watch him after…

I got the fitbit one and I LOVE IT!!! i really do i didnt know how active or little active i was, i dont always meet all my goals but it gives me the extra push i need some days! add me if you would like!

i am new to MFP so i may not be the best to give advice, but so far i have made it into a game, i want to eat something in all categories, brkft lunch dinner and snack and my 8 glasses of h2o and try to be right around my cal. goal but not by junk food healthy home cooked food. when i have left over cal. i dont do anything…

i didnt read all the reply's on here so i apologize if i repeat what some one has said already... one idea is that if he is hungry and doesnt wanna do anything after work make dinner so its ready or close to ready when he gets home. or make things nights before that you can freeze and re heat, pasta, soup and casseroles is…
