Hello!
I am new not only to myfitnesspal but also to losing weight. I had my first baby in mid April, and i gained 80 lbs during the pregnancy. That's alot of weight i know!!! before i was pregnant i was 5'6" and 125/130, so far i have lost 30 lbs on my own but i feel i need a little extra help getting rid of the last 50 lbs or so. i was always active before i had my baby but during pregnancy i found it hard to stay motivated and i was always so tired, now its hard to find the time and motivation. my goal is to fit into my pre-pregnancy pants! if any other moms have tips or tricks feel free to share!

    my daughter's 1 now and before i had her i was 122 i was originally 165 but i worked my *kitten* off, then after giving birth i gained 62 pounds! it took me a whole year to get back on my feet and exercise,the best advice i can give is to stick with,eat healthy in moderation and drink plenty of water,this worked for me,so maybe it can for you too ;) good luck :)

    thanks moreno89!! its hard after eating junk for 9 months to cut it out lol but so far its working i cant complain w the results now to just get my butt motivated to work out again lol
