Hello!
I am new not only to myfitnesspal but also to losing weight. I had my first baby in mid April, and i gained 80 lbs during the pregnancy. That's alot of weight i know!!! before i was pregnant i was 5'6" and 125/130, so far i have lost 30 lbs on my own but i feel i need a little extra help getting rid of the last 50 lbs or so. i was always active before i had my baby but during pregnancy i found it hard to stay motivated and i was always so tired, now its hard to find the time and motivation. my goal is to fit into my pre-pregnancy pants! if any other moms have tips or tricks feel free to share!

my daughter's 1 now and before i had her i was 122 i was originally 165 but i worked my *kitten* off, then after giving birth i gained 62 pounds! it took me a whole year to get back on my feet and exercise,the best advice i can give is to stick with,eat healthy in moderation and drink plenty of water,this worked for me,so maybe it can for you too

thanks moreno89!! its hard after eating junk for 9 months to cut it out lol but so far its working i cant complain w the results now to just get my butt motivated to work out again lol0
