frustrated and need support
Some days I do good others I do really good and then there are the bad days.... and no one on my friends understand what I am going threw I gained weight had a baby look normal but I don't feel normal physical or emotional... just looking for support ppl who have been there PLEASE ADD ME!!

what number to i use?
now some of you may be thinking its easy the one that pops up on the scale after you stand on it. low cal drinks?
i am finding a hard time finding drinks that allow me to stay with in my cal goal. i cut out soda which doesnt bother me but i can only drink so much h2o.. and even a glass of milk seems to be hard to fit in some days.. any suggestions? ash

no cal food...
is there such a thing, or neg. cal foods. i have a recipe from a friend called "no cal soup" it has stewed tomatoes and any veggies you wish cooked. but i find it hard to believe it has no cals... looking for opinions xo
